When it comes to training plans, one size does not fit all. Our trainer(s) create programs that are tailored to your goals and individual needs, using methods backed by the latest scientific research. Training plans are easy to follow and each client gets an online, printable copy of their workouts.
24/7 Access to The Club
All Club Members get 24/7 access to our facility and wide range of amenities. Access is given to members through an app on their phone, so you can check in and unlock the main entrance in seconds.
Monthly 1-on-1
Training Sessions
Have a dedicated time each month to train and speak with a certified professional. These 60 minute sessions are perfect for monitoring progress and client technique, and gives you 1-on-1 time to ask any questions you may have about the workout program.

Training Plan
Complete a short questionnaire about your goals, training history and current state of health/fitness so we can get to know more about you prior to your consult.
Sit down with a trainer for a free 30 minute consult where we will...​

- Review your goals and questionnaire responses​
- Evaluate your posture, balance, and ability to perform fundamental exercises (squat, pushing, pulling)​
- Discuss what a training program would look like for YOU
Within 1 week of your consult, you will receive a plan that contains a full block of training, spanning anywhere from 3-8 weeks depending on your primary goal.

Each training plan is created in Google Sheets, so clients can pull up their program on their phone in the Google Sheets app or print it out.
