Why coaching works

The Benefits of Working With a Coach

  • Individualized programming — a plan built around your goals, schedule, and starting point.
  • Technique you can trust — learn to move well so training stays safe and effective.
  • Accountability — someone who expects you, tracks your progress, and adjusts the plan.
  • Confidence — walk into any part of the gym knowing exactly what to do.
  • Sustainable progress — steady results that last, not quick fixes.

Common questions

Personal Training FAQ

More than okay — it’s one of the best times to work with a coach. You’ll learn proper technique from day one and skip years of trial and error.
No separate membership needed — 24/7 gym access is included in the cost of every personal training option. Whichever way you train with Josh, you can use the facility any hour of the day at no extra charge.
It depends on your goals and budget. Many clients train one to two times per week with Josh and follow their program independently on other days. If you’re consistent on your own, the Momentum membership gives you a custom program with one session a month instead.
If you’re new or want hands-on coaching every session, start with 1-on-1 training. If you train reliably on your own and mainly want a program plus a monthly check-in, Momentum is a better value. On a GLP-1 medication? GLP-1 Coaching is built for that. Competing in a sport? See athlete training. Still unsure — ask Josh at a consultation and he’ll tell you honestly.
A relaxed conversation about your goals and history, a look at how you move, and a clear recommendation for how to get started. No commitment required.
